These terms concern website use; they do not replace a signed client agreement.
2. Information and service inquiries
This website describes website design, management, and creative services. Submitting a form, requesting a review, or discussing a project does not by itself establish a client relationship, reserve a project date, or obligate either party to purchase or provide services. A project begins according to the agreement accepted by both parties.
3. Proposals, payments, and client agreements
Project scope, pricing, retainers, payment schedules, revisions, delivery dates, hosting, management, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and ownership or licensing of deliverables will be stated in the applicable proposal or client agreement. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms concerning purchased services. Published package information may change; changes do not automatically alter an existing signed agreement.
4. Free reviews and downloadable resources
Website reviews, checklists, and other resources provide general guidance based on the information available to us. They are not comprehensive legal, accessibility, cybersecurity, or regulatory audits and do not certify compliance. Any reference to Google Ad Grants describes a third-party program subject to Google’s eligibility criteria, approval, policies, and ongoing requirements. Rights to client project deliverables are governed by the applicable client agreement.

Do not send confidential credentials or sensitive personal information through general website forms.
